As you may remember, earlier this month we brought word of a limited
edition Mercedes SLR McLaren 722 Edition boasting a number of track-
oriented, Gullwing-esque upgrades; but at the time, details were
relatively scarce. Yesterday, more about the exclusive model was
revealed, starting with the fact that it isn't a factory-direct model;
instead, it's a tuned version of the SLR 722 Edition produced by the
