Mercedes-Benz USA Notes Record Sales In 2007 |

After heading out of the office a bit early last week, Mercedes-Benz
USA's December sales figures were somehow overlooked, so for this I
apologize. For those of you who haven't seen them yet, things took a
slight turn for the worse in the month of December, with sales at the U.S.
division dropping 2.9 percent to 27,301 new units - down from the 28,115
new units in December 2006. Despite the decrease, sales at MBUSA were up
for the year, with the final year-to-date total amounting to 253,433 new
units - an increase of 2.2 percent over 2006. Read more
