Although not as well known in the United States, the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo has been an impressive success worldwide, selling nearly 7,000 units to date. Introduced in 1996, this year marks the tenth birthday of the Viano-based camper van, and to celebrate the occasion as well as the newly-introduced V6 CDI "Activity" model, Mercedes has published a press release taking a look back at the Marco Polo's illustrious lifespan.
