São Paulo, Brazil Placed Major Order For Mercedes-Benz Bus Chassis |

For those of you who stay up-to-date on Mercedes bus division, Daimler Chrysler is reporting today that they have sold 1,055 Mercedes-Benz urban bus chassis to public transport companies operating in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. The order, comprised of 750 models of the rear engine 13.2 meter chassis and 305 units of the recently launched 18 meter articulated chassis, is the largest ever recorded sale for the Mercedes articulated bus chassis in Latin America.
